COMMERCIAL SUN TUNNELS

Velux Sun Tunnel skylights are natural lighting solutions for commercial spaces. The 14” and 22” Commercial Sun

Tunnels reduce energy costs and improving occupant performance and comfort. Commercial Sun Tunnels are designed for flat or low slope commercial roofing (roof pitch 0-60⁰). They can be used for schools, retail spaces, and warehouses.

The specially designed dome captures low-angle morning and afternoon sunlight and directs it down a highly reflective silver rigid tube; direct mid-day light passes without glare. Elbows and rotating couplers allow Sun Tunnels to maneuver around tight spaces. Various diffuser options allow sun tunnels to be installed in hard ceilings, suspended ceilings, and open ceilings with different designs.
Optional security kit has crossing steel bars and security screws for both the dome and flashing. Other options include exterior fire bands, daylight controller, and insulating pane – thermal break.
