This product is Velux’s VS (Manual-Venting Deck Mount Series) M04 FS00 with Laminated LowE3 glass. This skylight has a solar, light-filtering, white blind pre-installed into it. The rod to operate the skylight is sold separately. Flashing is a required purchase for this skylight (sold separately). The rough opening dimensions are 30 1/16″ x 37 7/8″.
SIDE NOTE – The solar blinds may or may not work since they have been sitting in the box for a while.
